SF Adavu is a women and BIPOC-led collective bringing Bharatanatyam, the ancient classical dance form of South India, to the Bay Area.
This fall, SF Adavu is proud to premiere TaKaDhiMi, an evening celebrating the richness and diversity of Indian classical and semi-classical dance. The program features a vibrant range of performances spanning Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi, and semi-classical dance, brought to life by our very own SF Adavu members and other Bay Area artists.
Join us for an evening of rhythm, expression, storytelling, and community as we celebrate these beautiful dance traditions and the local artists who carry them forward.
