In celebration of women,

local master choreographers and artists representing artistic traditions from around the globe will present 75 minutes of glorious music and dance.  Featured styles include Cambodian (Charya Burt), Chinese (Haiyan Jackson Dance), Indian (Bharatanatyam – Vidhya Subramanian & Odissi- Guru Shradha), West African (Cheza Nami), Cumbia Colombiana (Daybreaker Pro)

The performance will be followed by a panel discussion and Q&A with artists.

One day, two shows: March 9, 2019 4:00pm & 7:30pm

The body is a political territory, every gesture, every posture is a statement of who this person is in this moment of action or this very public moment of being seen.
