Movement for Humans is a gentle, accessible movement practice designed to cultivate a deeper connection with our bodies and therefore ourselves. Class focuses on restorative movement sequences that allow us to slow down, nourish and bring ourselves into a state of creative receptivity.
No prior movement experience is required, and all bodies, abilities, and identities are welcomed and celebrated.
