James Graham will lead a 1-day Gaga, Gaga Theory, & Improvisation Workshop.
The day will consist of a Gaga Class, an Improvisation session, and Theory… focused on the methodology, philosophy, and in depth look at elements of Gaga. We will also include time for clarifying discussion.
We will research and follow our curiosities with guided events and exercises and learn Graham’s approaches for getting beyond our comfort zone and familiar territory as dancers…find nuance, find power, find pleasure.
