FACT/SF presents ‘Platform’ with Open Bar, Auction, and Reception

Platform is a contemporary dance duet choreographed and performed by Liane Burns & Charles Slender-White. Platform pushes the limits of synchronous movement, and is set to and inspired by Holly Herndon’s 2015 album of the same name. The work premiered in 2017 as a commission from ODC Theater with significant support from the Kenneth Rainin Foundation, Movement Research, Derida Dance Center, and the Trust for Mutual Understanding. Platform been performed domestically in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Seattle, and abroad in Sofia, Bulgaria and Zagreb, Croatia. factsf.org
