Bharatanatyam dance artist, Shruti Abhishek premiers her latest work, “Kismet with Kali”.
It explores the fluidity of relationships and memory, tracing the quiet shift from expectation to acceptance.
The work explores the complex bond between a mother & child. With movement, poetry, theatre, and live music, it draws on personal stories between holding on and letting go. Goddess Kali, though surreal transcends to become a guiding presence. It creates space to reflect and connect with the unflattened notion of what exists.
