“When a friend suggested I go with her to Movement For Humans I was nervous. Afraid that I would feel — or look — foolish. But I felt at ease instantly — Joe made the class fun, calming, hilarious and relaxing. I left feeling as if I could dance down the street.” -Movement for Humans Student
