Q. When does Joe Goode Performance Group hold auditions? Can I send my resume in for a private audition?
A. We do not hold formal auditions, public or private. Most of our company members joined after spending time getting to know us by taking our classes & workshops. They may have been apprentice performers at one point, though not all performers become company members. Our company is family and we take great care to find a good fit in new members. A great way to get to know us is by taking Movement for Humans with Joe and participating in our workshops.

Q. Internships or volunteer opportunities?
Administrative or production interns are always welcome to send in a resume. Most of our internships are seasonal, as-needed, or project-based, so timing may not be flexible or a standard length of time. Volunteers are typically ushers for our produced performances, but we occasionally have other opportunities available too. Q. How do I get to the Annex?
A. Our physical address is located at 401 Alabama Street, San Francisco 94110 (cross street 17th Street). During the day, street parking can be hard to find, so we recommend public transit. We are a 15-minute walk from 16th Street Mission BART, or you can ride the 22 Muni from BART down to Harrison Street and walk the 2 blocks from there. We’re also close to bus stops for the 33, 12 and 27 lines.
Q. Why does your address say 499 Alabama #150?
A. This is our mailing address. Our physical address is 401 Alabama St.
